artist statement:

This piece incorporates an original poem inspired by “Alice in Wonderland,” as it is surrounded by contrasting colors and blended imagery. The intention is to communicate the non-sensical thoughts and self (being child-like, semi dark, and often concerning). As well as drawing attention to the organized chaos that fills the scene.
