about me

As a current graduate student at Merrimack College, I am pursuing my Masters of Arts in Communication & Media after graduating with my Bachelor of Arts in May 2022 Magna Cum Laude with the majors of Art & Art History and Graphic Design. During my undergraduate years, I completed two minors in European History and Studio Arts, and took multiple courses to strengthen my conversational Spanish.

With a passion for the arts and my love to share that with others, I have 7 years of experience in education in teaching children ages 5-15 skills that vary from pinch pots to lithography.

Outside of academia, I am a frequent flier to art museums, can lecture for hours about my niche interest of the French Revolution, and am proud to be in the top .5% of One Direction listeners on Spotify.

I am currently located in southern New Hampshire while I complete my graduate program.

my values as an artist -

sustainability

It is essential to be socially, economically, and environmentally sustainable with every job. Does the design hurt or benefit communities? Will the product further develop economic growth healthily and sustainably? Does this design help or hinder our environment? These are all key questions I ask myself.

consistency

Consistency is key in both communication and quality of work. Not only do I strive to respond promptly, meet deadlines, and communicate any issues or ideas, but I make sure my best work and effort is given to every project.

problem-solving

As a creator, it is beneficial to not only enjoy the aesthetics of design, but to think logistically and critically to make it work. Solving problems, thinking critically, and looking at projects from multiple angles allows the final product to be the best it can be.

design is thinking made visual
